How we handle bookings during inclement weather.
Your satisfaction and our technicians' safety are our top priorities. Here is how weather affects your wash:
Heavy Weather Flags
When heavy weather is expected around your scheduled wash, the booking is flagged and both you and your technician are notified with options to reschedule. A weather flag never cancels your wash automatically — the decision stays with you and your technician.
Rescheduling
If a wash is flagged for weather, you can pick a new time from Manage Bookings. Weather-driven changes initiated by JustWashes or your technician never cost you anything.
Water Conservation Days
During drought or local water-conservation periods, affected days appear as blocked dates on the booking calendar (shown as "Water conservation day"), so washes are simply not bookable on those days.
Our Method Works Almost Anywhere
Our rinseless wash method needs no customer water hookup, so light or passing weather rarely prevents a great result. Technicians use their judgment on-site and will coordinate with you if conditions are unsafe or would compromise quality.
