Wash Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans change. You can cancel or reschedule an upcoming wash at any time from the Manage Bookings section of your account.

Cancelling or Rescheduling

Open Manage Bookings, choose the wash you want to change, and cancel or pick a new time. Cancelling a wash does not by itself result in any charge.

When Charges Can Apply

Any charge beyond your subscription only happens through a consent-based flow: if a technician reports a problem with a visit (for example, an inaccessible vehicle), you will be asked to review and approve any proposed charge before it is applied. Charges are otherwise governed by your published Subscription Agreement.

Ending a Subscription

Cancelling a single wash is different from ending your subscription. For subscription changes, see our Subscription Cancellation Policy.
